Social media is a tool; engagement is the result of using them effectively to connect with audiences. As senior director of new media strategy, I am passionate about brands and how they convey themselves through social media platforms to share information, tell their story and engage with their audiences.
At the university, I seek opportunities to create and highlight dynamic stories about the unique and amazing individuals that make up the WashU community.
Prior to my time at WashU, I worked for Scottrade Inc. where I managed multiple roles involving client engagement, including social media, video, client education and events.
When I’m not glued to one of my five mobile devices or trying to achieve general perfection, I enjoy literature, my adorable cat NoMe and quality high drama television shows.
