Trademark Licensing

This is an opportunity to meet with our licensed suppliers to help you with your upcoming branded projects. The fairs are open to WashU faculty, staff and students.

  • Medical Campus:  Wednesday, March 1st from 11:00am – 2:00pm at Eric P. Newman Education Center, Great Room B.
  • Danforth Campus:  Friday, March 10th from 11:00am – 2:00pm at Charles F. Knight Center.

Washington University’s Trademark Licensing Program protects the university’s registered trademarks and goodwill and supports fair treatment of workers across the globe. Our mission is to promote quality and consistency in the representation of the university on all branded commercial and promotional products.

Through this program, we support the procurement and distribution of promotional apparel and other products, including recommending suppliers, soliciting bids, enlisting design assistance, and meeting with partners and retailers on customized projects and needs.

When you support the university’s licensed suppliers, you simultaneously support just and humane working conditions around the world. We are affiliated with two organizations – the Fair Labor Association and the Workers Rights Consortium – that work for lasting solutions to abusive working conditions.
